Observes the different grape varieties and production methods that yield such well-known wines as the cabernets of Bourgdeill, sparkling Saumur, Rose d'Anjou, Coteaux du Layon, Gros Plan, Muscadet, and the sparkling wines made by the champagne method in Vouvray.
