Gramapanchayath (1998)
Pappu is a barber whose son Chakrapani has been promised in marriage to Sunanda, the daughter of Gunasekharan. Gunasekharan has a change of heart after coming into a fortune, and so Chakrapani must strive to win Sunanda's heart.
