Inspector “Flatfoot” Rizzo investigates crime and corruption in Naples.

Inspector Rizzo is accused of drug trafficking. In order to clear his name he has to find out who is the person, from a Mafia ring, who has infiltrated his police department.

Inspector Rizzo in Napoli gets a message from a policeman from South Africa who wants to meet him. Immediately before this meeting the south African policeman is killed. Dying he shows Rizzo a picture of his little son Bodo. Rizzo travels to Johannesburg to find out what the policeman was working on and to find Bodo.

Inspector Rizzo and Marshal Caputo go to Egypt and look for Professor Cerullo, who is missing.
