Clark comes into the squad and tells Sipowicz he's been trying to find Jennifer Devlin, who walked out of the psych facility last night. Sipowicz tells him about a man who is coming in for an interview, one of Cindy Clifton's teachers, who wrote an unusual note "special, special pal" in her yearbook.
