Storyline
Clark leaves his latest encounter's apartment, hoping to make it to work on time. The other detectives are already on the scene of the blunt force trauma homicide of artist Tracy Gilchrist and Clark (of course) arrives late. Annoyed with this, Sipowicz shuts Clark out of his interview of one of the victim's neighbor. She tells him that the victim worked as a phone sex operator. After the interview Clark tries to address the situation, but Sipowicz isn't listening. Back at the squad room, Sipowicz takes delivery of a package (of kiddie porn). When he signs his name, the FBI agent reveals himself and takes him to the coffee room, where his partner and Lt. Bale are waiting. With the recent pattern of harassment to back him up, Sipowicz and Bale get the FBI to drop their investigation. Clark leaves for court, he is testifying in the case against Steve McClintock.
