A Chinese man is murdered after making a delivery, which Jones, McDowell, Medavoy and Russell investigate. Sipowicz and Sorenson interview Victor Poole, a man who was brought in claiming that he had been kidnapped for the past three days. Given Poole's job with the IRS, the FBI has also been called in on the case.
