Bet refuses to return to the Rovers until Megan has left. Alec tells Megan she must leave and she accuses him of using her, but she agrees to take financial compensation and leaves. Bet returns to the Rovers, she doesn't like the way she and Alec are being polite to each other, but Alec has a peace offering in the form of a delayed honeymoon.
