Wealthy Property developer Emmanuel Lieberman is trying to evict his former fiancé Delia Savage from an exclusive penthouse apartment overlooking London's Green Park. He claims that he merely allowed her to live in the apartment until they were married, but Ms Savage insists that Mr Lieberman gave her the property as an engagement gift. Mr Lieberman says the engagement was called off when he discovered his own son naked with Ms Savage when he returned home unexpectedly from a trip to San Francisco.
