Welcome to the Sesame Street community garden! Tamir has an idea: open a garden stand to share the things they grow. Alan says they can share his grandmother’s recipe for pickled daikon. While Alan’s friends help him make the pickled daikon, they learn more about Alan’s Japanese American cultural heritage. Alan is proud to be Japanese American and he’s happy to be sharing his family’s culture.
