Guest anchor Laura has them again for us, starting with some severe weather down south! Kat, coastal areas in Texas and Louisiana are bracing for Tropical Storm Cindy! The storm made landfall early Thursday morning and has already caused severe flooding along parts of the Gulf Coast. Some areas are expected to get up to 12 inches of rain! The precipitation should subside by Friday morning, as Cindy makes her way north towards Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Stay safe out there!
