Dateline NBC (1992)
Dateline NBC, or simply Dateline, is a weekly American television newsmagazine series. It was previously the network's flagship newsmagazine, but now focuses mainly on true crime stories with only occasional editions that focus on other topics.

A report on a murder case involving Dr. William Sybers, onetime Panama City, Fla., medical examiner, who was accused of killing his wife by injecting her with a paralyzing drug in their home in 1991. Sybers didn't do go on trial until 2000, in part because it took some time before the cause of death was determined. Produced in cooperation with Court TV. Dennis Murphy is the correspondent.
