Ros arranges a very important meeting to set the scene for a plan devised by the Mitchell brothers, who are on the loose for the time being. Ian goes along with the scheme and plays his part with ardour.

Phil and Grant try their hand at international relations to find that money talks them out of a touchy situation. Ian and his party make their get-away while Cindy finds what goes around comes around.

Joe resolves to make amends with Sarah before leaving and gets more than he expected in return. Nigel receives more disturbing news about Clare but manages a farewell bash for Lorraine. It's make or break time for Ian's political ambitions with Annie taking charge as his thoughts are elsewhere.
